A Murano glass plate with a metal handle, made on the island in the 1970s. Murano glasshouses worked at every scale, and pieces like this one were the everyday output that paid for the chandeliers. Original period glass rather than a later reproduction. Shown in our Al Quoz showroom in Dubai.
