Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please Note: We Do Not Offer Refunds
At Assembly Vintage, we do not offer refunds. We are happy to provide exchanges only within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
- In the original condition as received
- Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
To request an exchange, please contact our team at info@assemblyvintage.com prior to returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Condition of Vintage Items
All of our pieces are genuine vintage, and as such, may show signs of age including light wear, fading, or small imperfections. These characteristics are a testament to each item’s history and are not considered defects. We believe they add to the charm and uniqueness of every piece.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for exchange, including:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
