Murano chandelier – 36 Mazzega White glass petals

An elegant Italian chandelier crafted from genuine Murano glass, featuring 36 monumental white “lattimo” petals supported by a nickel-plated metal frame. Each hand-blown glass petal is of exceptional quality, producing a refined play of light and texture.

Each petal is blown and shaped by hand, then hung so it can move very slightly. That movement is what separates a Murano piece from a cast or pressed imitation: the light never sits completely still. This one carries 36 petals. Opaque white glass diffuses the light rather than letting it through. Mazzega is one of the best documented Murano houses of the period, which matters when most vintage Murano on the market carries no maker at all.
